  Place the jewelry in its original Voylla packaging, including all tags, certificates, and promotional gifts to ensure a valid return.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time from your registered address.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
